Does success come only to experienced designers with expert instincts? Here the class is held and the students are then evaluated to assess understanding and bring to light any weaknesses in the content.
Evaluation This chapter continues with Kirkpatrick's 4 levels mentioned above. It mentions some examples of potential problems to look for when putting together a design and how the evaluations reveal this as they are implemented in the previous phases.
For example, his section on quality isd from the ground up raises some good points, but the tool itself appears to work better for grading classroom assignments than for helping you create an effective course in the field.
